CIC Fights Coverage For Medieval Group Sex Abuse Suit

Law360, New York (June 29, 2011, 1:29 PM EDT) -- Constitution Insurance Co. sued a Middle Ages history organization on Tuesday in Pennsylvania federal court to avoid covering it under a $5 million excess insurance policy in litigation over alleged sexual abuse by a former employee of the group.
