Dems Seek FMLA Expansion To Include Same-Sex Couples

Law360, New York (June 29, 2011, 7:06 PM EDT) -- Democratic lawmakers on Tuesday introduced legislation that would expand benefits for employees under the Family and Medical Leave Act and allow workers to take unpaid time off to care for a same-sex spouse or partner and extended family.
