Wyo. Judge Orders DOI To Stop Drilling Lease Delays

Law360, New York (June 29, 2011, 7:32 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Wyoming on Wednesday ordered the U.S. Department of the Interior to accept or reject oil and gas drilling leases within 60 days, in a partial win for industry groups and energy companies that launched a suit over delayed leases.
