Law360, New York (June 29, 2011, 8:02 PM EDT) -- The First Circuit ruled Wednesday that the time period of an employer's wrongdoing — not the year of the judgment — should be used to calculate certain damages under federal employment discrimination law, reversing a lower court ruling.
