US Glycine Makers Urge ITC To Keep Chinese Duties

Law360, Washington (June 30, 2011, 12:02 PM EDT) -- U.S. producers of glycine on Thursday urged the U.S. International Trade Commission to maintain the anti-dumping duty order on Chinese imports of the chemical, without opposition from foreign producers or importers.

“Absent the discipline of the order, they will knock us out quickly,” Chattem Chemicals Inc. Executive Vice President James H. Kedrowski told the ITC.
