Ford Infringed Electronics Systems Patents: Suit

Law360, New York (July 1, 2011, 2:04 PM EDT) -- Eagle Harbor Holdings LLC slapped Ford Motor Co. with a lawsuit in federal court in Washington state on Thursday, claiming that automotive electronics systems in Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles infringe several Eagle Harbor-owned patents.

Technology development company Eagle Harbor, along with subsidiary and patent licensee Medius Tech LLC filed a six-count complaint naming Ford as the sole defendant, and accusing the Dearborn, Mich.-based auto giant of willfully infringing the plaintiffs' patents.
