Law360, New York (July 5, 2011, 4:32 PM EDT) -- A House committee scheduled a mock markup of bills to implement free trade pacts with Panama, Colombia and South Korea for later this week, prompting U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk to complain Tuesday that the committee wasn't on track to renew Trade Adjustment Assistance.
