Axiom Says Ex-Workers Stole Secrets, Trademarks

Law360, New York (July 5, 2011, 7:31 PM EDT) -- Medical device maker Axiom Worldwide Inc. hit HTRD Group Hong Kong Ltd. and three former employees with a trademark and unfair competition suit Friday in Florida, alleging a conspiracy to market generic Axiom products in violation of confidentiality pacts.

The complaint alleges that David Ren — a former Axiom sales agent — worked to create HTRD and related entities targeted in the suit in order to generically produce Axiom products.
