Insurer Ducks Coverage In Grisly Funeral Home Row

Law360, New York (July 5, 2011, 5:55 PM EDT) -- A federal judge ruled Tuesday that Owners Insurance Co. need not defend a Missouri funeral home against a lawsuit launched after regulators discovered in the funeral home's basement decaying, unrefrigerated bodies that were supposed to have been buried or cremated.
