Law360, New York (July 6, 2011, 5:10 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice urged the Eighth Circuit on Tuesday to uphold the 48-month sentence imposed on a former executive of an Iowa ready-mix concrete company for his role in three price-fixing and bid-rigging conspiracies.
