Logging Co. Escapes Fraud Claims In Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (July 7, 2011, 8:19 PM EDT) -- A Mississippi federal jury on Tuesday cleared Delta Logging & Co. Inc. and its owner of fraud and nuisance claims in a suit seeking contribution for the cleanup of improperly disposed spent abrasive material at a Hydromex Inc. facility in Yazoo City, Miss.
