Dura Defends Management Incentive Plan

Law360 (May 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Dura Automotive Systems Inc. has responded to objections to its revised key management incentive plan lodged by the U.S. Trustee in the case and a labor union, accusing the objectors of overlooking the hard fought negotiations that lead to the revised plan.

Dura filed its reply to the objections Friday, and asked U.S. District Judge Kevin J. Carey to overrule the objections submitted last week by the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America and U.S. Trustee Kelly Beaudin Stapleton.
