Judge Freezes Mosaic's Phosphate Mining Project

Law360, New York (July 11, 2011, 5:11 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Friday issued another preliminary injunction barring Mosaic Co. from moving forward with a phosphate mining project in central Florida, handing a win to the Sierra Club in its lawsuit alleging Clean Water Act violations.
