3M Renews Hand Sanitizer Patent Suit Against Gojo

Law360, New York (July 12, 2011, 12:59 PM EDT) -- 3M Co. on Monday relaunched a patent fight in Minnesota against Gojo Industries Inc., accusing the maker of Purell hand sanitizer of violating a patent for foaming disinfectants after claiming it was no longer producing the allegedly infringing product.
