Enviro Seeks To Bar Mineral Drilling In Wash. Forest

Law360, New York (July 12, 2011, 6:58 PM EDT) -- A conservation group on Monday asked a federal court in Washington state to block Ascot Resources Ltd. from proceeding with exploratory mineral drilling plans in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest, citing the potential for serious harm to natural resources there.
