BP Fund Czar Denies Dodging Miss. AG's Subpoena

Law360, New York (July 13, 2011, 5:40 PM EDT) -- The administrator for the $20 billion Gulf of Mexico oil spill claims fund told Law360 on Wednesday that he was not dodging requests for information on his review process, calling the Mississippi attorney general's petition to force him to comply with a subpoena meritless.
