Law360, New York (July 13, 2011, 5:00 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Wednesday denied State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. summary judgment in its lawsuit to avoid coverage in a $47 million design defect arbitration between contractors and Southeastern Louisiana University over student housing construction.
