EU Court Upholds €79M In Arkema Bleach Cartel Fines

Law360, New York (July 14, 2011, 1:31 PM EDT) -- A European Union court on Thursday upheld €78.66 million ($111.5 million) in antitrust fines against Arkema France SA and former parent companies Total SA and Elf Aquitaine SA over an alleged bleach cartel in the 1990s.
