Senate Panel OKs New Office To Boost Clean Energy

Law360, New York (July 14, 2011, 5:53 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Senate committee approved a bill Thursday that would create an administrative office to support investment in new clean energy technologies, but delayed discussion on how to fund the agency.

The Committee on Energy and Natural Resources passed the 21st Century Technology Development Act in a voice vote during markup, moving the measure to the Senate floor.
