DOT Probe Into Yellowstone Oil Spill Too Slow: Senator

Max Baucus, D-Mont., told a top U.S. Department of Transportation official on Wednesday he believed the agency was dragging its feet on investigating the cause of an ExxonMobil Pipeline Co. ruptured pipeline that leaked oil into the Yellowstone River.
