WTO Sides With China On EU Fastener Dumping Duties

Law360, New York (July 15, 2011, 3:27 PM EDT) -- The World Trade Organization on Friday rejected the European Union's appeal claiming its dumping duties on Chinese-made steel fasteners didn't violate international trade law, ruling that the bloc had to calculate individual tax rates for each exporter.
