Superfund Defendant Sanctioned For Destroying Docs

Law360, New York (July 15, 2011, 7:07 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday hit a director of several entities battling environmental cleanup claims with sanctions for destroying documents subject to subpoena in an action to get the companies to pay their share in remediating a Superfund site.
