U.S. Sees Obstacles To Merger Review Convergence

Law360 (May 31, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a bid to improve global competition enforcement methods, a U.S. Department of Justice official said at an International Competition Network conference in Moscow on Thursday that international antitrust representatives plan to develop consensus recommendations for substantive merger analysis.
