Insurers Beat 4 Years Of HB Fuller Asbestos Coverage

Law360, New York (July 18, 2011, 6:38 PM EDT) -- A Minnesota federal judge on Monday ruled that H.B. Fuller Co. — and not its excess insurers — is liable for asbestos injury claims stemming from a four-year period during which the specialty chemical manufacturer was covered by now-defunct insurers.
