DOE Official Defends Shale Gas Projections In Senate

Law360, New York (July 19, 2011, 4:06 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Department of Energy official on Tuesday told a U.S. Senate committee that a recent news report questioning the projected productivity of domestic natural gas wells didn’t contradict the agency’s own studies highlighting an uptick in gas production and consumption.
