Ex-SES GC Can't Escape Fraud Sentence: 6th Circ.

Law360, New York (July 19, 2011, 6:59 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Tuesday affirmed the conviction of human resources firm Simplified Employment Services Inc.'s in-house attorney for conspiracy to defraud the U.S. government of $51.7 million in tax revenue, saying attorney-client privilege was not relevant to his participation in the scheme.
