Dental Board Hurt Competition, FTC Judge Says

Law360, New York (July 19, 2011, 5:54 PM EDT) -- An administrative law judge has ruled that North Carolina's dental board illegally blocked nondentists from offering teeth-whitening services in the state in violation of U.S. antitrust law, the Federal Trade Commission revealed Tuesday.
