Milberg Partners Discuss Plea: Report

Law360, New York (June 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Four partners from embattled plaintiffs firm Milberg Weiss Bershad & Schulman LLP reportedly met with federal prosecutors on Wednesday to discuss a possible plea bargain for the firm in its ongoing kickbacks case.

Milberg partners Brad Friedman, Ariana Tadler, Michael Spencer and Matthew Gluck met with the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles to discuss an arrangement in which the firm would pay a fine in exchange for the dismissal of the criminal indictment pending against the firm, according to the Los Angeles Times.
