Sens. Seek To Give EPA More Time On Boiler Rules

Law360, New York (July 21, 2011, 5:49 PM EDT) -- U.S. senators from both parties unveiled a bill Wednesday that would give the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency more time to finalize emissions regulations for industrial boilers, less than a week after the Sierra Club sued the agency for staying the standards.
