ITC Launches Review Of Remanufactured Goods Trade

Law360, San Diego (July 21, 2011, 7:36 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Thursday opened an investigation into the remanufactured goods trade in an effort to help small and midsize companies expand their businesses and enter foreign markets.

The ITC agreed to launch a review of the U.S. remanufactured goods industries and markets in response to a request by the U.S. Trade Representative.
