10th Circ. Says Enviros Can't Block Gas Drilling

Law360, New York (July 22, 2011, 3:23 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit on Thursday threw out a suit by several environmental groups seeking to prevent gas drilling in Colorado’s San Juan Basin, ruling they lacked grounds to challenge a federally approved project to lease land to XTO Energy Inc. and other companies.
