Enviros' Suit Over Wash. Road Shut Down For Good

Law360, New York (July 22, 2011, 1:19 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Washington state on Thursday tossed green groups' suit seeking to block a road reconstruction project in the Suiattle River watershed because the U.S. government had halted the work, and denied their request for environmental review and notice requirements should the project restart.
