Richtek Takes UPI Patent Battle To ITC

Law360, New York (July 25, 2011, 8:05 PM EDT) -- Richtek Technology Corp. accused rival uPI Semiconductor Corp. on Thursday of continuing to import chips that violate the company's patents and trade secrets, asking the U.S. International Trade Commission to investigate the matter.
