EPA Didn't Need Public Review Of Ship Permit: DC Circ.

Law360, New York (July 22, 2011, 5:06 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday denied a petition by a coalition of ship owners to review the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's nationwide ship pollution permit, finding that the agency was right to include state-specific conditions on the permit without public review.
