SEC Urges Solicitor To Support Investors: Report

Law360, New York (June 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has reportedly weighed in on a case awaiting review by the U.S. Supreme Court, urging the U.S. Solicitor General to file an amicus brief supporting the right of shareholders to sue third party institutions implicated in fraud cases.
