White House Blasts GOP Bill To Advance Oil Pipeline

Law360, New York (July 25, 2011, 6:13 PM EDT) -- The White House said Friday that Republican legislation requiring the Obama administration to take action on a permit application for a planned $13 billion oil pipeline by Nov. 1 was unnecessary and could derail the review process.
