Lamy Urges 'Adult Conversation' On Stalled Doha Talks

Law360, New York (July 26, 2011, 2:16 PM EDT) -- Efforts to agree on a smaller initial package to revitalize the floundering Doha Development Round trade talks have become paralyzed, World Trade Organization chief Pascal Lamy said Tuesday, urging members to prepare for an "adult conversation" when talks reconvene.
