Oil Groups Take EPA Rule Challenge To High Court

Law360, Washington (July 26, 2011, 7:13 PM EDT) -- Two oil industry trade groups lodged a petition Thursday with the U.S. Supreme Court asking for review of their failed challenge to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's renewable fuel standards, saying the agency didn't have authorization to make the rules retroactive.
