Intel Subpoenas Firm In Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (June 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- One week after crying foul over a subpoena served on its legal counsel, Intel Corp. has fired one back on a consulting firm hired by its opponents in antitrust litigation.

The subpoena was issued May 30 to Washington D.C. firm Glover Park Group, and seeks material documenting Advanced Micro Devices' decision to sue Intel for alleged monopoly abuses in June 2005.
