Lerach Awarded More Than $3M

Law360, New York (June 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Several weeks after finalizing a settlement in a class action against Vicuron Pharmaceuticals Inc., a judge has agreed that Lerach Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP should be paid about $3.2 million for litigating the suit.

In a ruling Thursday, Judge Harvey Bartle III of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania also said that the attorneys with the firm would also get more than $200,000 in costs and other expenses.
