Lexicon, Insurers Settle Revived Suit Over Silo Damage

Law360, New York (July 28, 2011, 1:40 PM EDT) -- Industrial installation company Lexicon Inc. on Wednesday resolved its suit in Arkansas district court seeking coverage from Ace American Insurance Co. and two others for $4 million in damage caused by a silo collapse at a Trinidad iron plant.

U.S. District Judge J. Leon Holmes entered an order dismissing the suit with prejudice, pursuant to a stipulation by Lexicon, Ace, National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Regions Insurance Co. that they had entered into an agreement to settle all of their claims and...
