Law360, New York (July 28, 2011, 4:23 PM EDT) -- The attorneys general of 11 states on Wednesday sent a letter to federal regulators asking them to expedite their antitrust reviews and approve AT&T Inc.’s proposed $39 billion purchase of T-Mobile USA Inc.
