Oracle Amends Complaint Against SAP

Law360, New York (June 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Software maker Oracle Corp. has added copyright infringement and breach of contract claims to a computer theft lawsuit it brought in March against German archrival SAP AG.

In an amended complaint filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Oracle alleged that SAP engaged in a deliberate, systematic and illegal scheme to access and copy its copyrighted software products.
