Booz Allen Bars Women From Top Jobs, Ex-Partner Says

Law360, New York (July 29, 2011, 7:23 PM EDT) -- Government consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. was sued Wednesday in Washington by a former partner who claims she was fired because of the company's "impenetrable glass ceiling" that discriminates against women.

Molly Finn says that her former employer violates the District of Columbia Human Rights Act by barring its female employees from senior management positions, an informal policy she claims led to her termination in 2010.
