Ch. 7 Trustee Slammed For 'Baseless' Autozone Suits

Law360, New York (July 29, 2011, 5:17 PM EDT) -- A chapter 7 trustee tasked with recovering assets for bankrupt auto parts rebuilder American Remanufacturing Inc. was slammed by a Delaware bankruptcy judge Thursday for pursuing "baseless" clawback cases seeking more than $10 million from Autozone Inc.
