Ford Seeks Refund Of Car Part Import Fees

Law360, New York (August 1, 2011, 5:30 PM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co. on Friday asked the U.S. Court of International Trade to refund import duties on Canadian car parts that the automaker claims it should not have had to pay under the North American Free Trade Agreement.
