NRC Mulls When To Act On Safety Recommendations

Law360, New York (August 2, 2011, 2:01 PM EDT) -- A disagreement over the time frame for improving U.S. nuclear safety took center stage Tuesday as U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission members reported to a Senate panel on an internal report urging regulatory reform in the aftermath of Japan's recent nuclear disaster.
