Importers Seek Final End To Ball Bearing Duties

Law360, New York (August 1, 2011, 8:04 PM EDT) -- Caterpillar Inc., Mazda Motor of America Inc. and other importers of ball bearings on Friday asked the U.S. Court of International Trade to order the Commerce Department to revoke duties on the bearings in accordance with recent court rulings.
