Energy Policy Act Reforms Meet Opposition

Law360, New York (June 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Democratic-backed energy bill that aims to reform the Energy Policy Act of 2005 would likely cut the country's energy output and dismantle an existing measure that promotes energy efficiency and expands the industry's infrastructure, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce has said.
