Li Ka-Shing Group Nails $4B Deal For Northumbrian Water

Law360, New York (August 2, 2011, 1:31 PM EDT) -- A consortium led by Hong Kong mogul Li Ka-shing announced a deal Tuesday to acquire the U.K.'s Northumbrian Water Group PLC for £2.41 billion ($3.93 billion) following its divestiture of a competitor water company.

The deal would see Northumbrian shareholders get 465 pence in cash for each share.
